I currently specialize in property management in Kansas City.

My primary focus is on managing 1-4 unit investment properties (single family homes, duplexes, etc. and small unit apartment buildings) for individual owners and managing home owner associations.

My other credits in real estate include: having owned a home inspection company, surveyed, certified mold inspector, real estate investor, and most recently a national mortgage loan consultant.

I was a certified loan consultant with Lending Tree and was awarded a "Top 10 Loan Officer award."
